Modern, clean and sleek, The Brewer Lofts will be offering a variety of standard finishes with options available for all owners to choose from. Appliances will be offered in stainless steel as standard with optional upgrades for a panel ready built in look.TALL CEILINGS, DOORS & WINDOWS
The Brewer Lofts will have ceiling heights that range from 10’ to over 25’! With these exceptional volumes and space, oversize 8’ doors and large windows will be standard.

BEER TAP SYSTEM
As a nod to the the brewery’s history, a standard feature will be a beer tap system in each loft to allow residents to serve and enjoy their favorite draft in the comfort of their own space. Wine fridges are an option.

EXTERIOR AND BUILDING SYSTEMS
Along with the full restoration of the existing exterior facade and addition of the new tower, all lofts will feature a modern efficient building envelope which highlight the generous ceiling heights and openness to natural light. The lofts will have individual controls for their HVAC system and utilities.
