UNIVERSAL FLEX DESIGN AND ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES
-Good lighting will be provided throughout the home as well as the front porch. All light fixtures will have a minimum of 60 watts equivalent of brightness or greater.
-Double front entry doors will be provided for detached designs for increased access to the home.
